    寡糖以及糖缀合物的化学合成与药学应用。针对天然寡糖以及糖缀合  物进行化学合成研究，并进行生物活性的研究；针对其结构进行化学修饰与改造，进行先导化合物的发掘。

5.代表性项目

1）载体负载寡糖合成

针对寡糖合成过程中纯化过程繁琐的问题，发展了以疏水烷基长链为载体的快速组装策略。并基于此方法合成了HIV病毒表面糖蛋白N-糖链甘露九糖。

2）β-2-去氧糖苷与β-甘露糖苷的立体选择性合成

β-2-去氧糖苷与β-甘露糖苷的立体选择性合成是糖化学领域的重大难题，针对这一课题，发展了以趟烯为供体的高效糖基化方法。
